LOOKS GEEKY, FEELS GOOD, WORKS!

I have seen just about everything made out of LEGO over the years from my favorite Sci-Fi characters to giant warships and just about everything in between. A geek has taken LEGOs and used them to make something that I could really use in my house.

A dude on Reddit going by “Fuckyeahashmo” (yes that is seriously his screen name) has taken some of the green rectangular pads for building things with LEGO and some random LEGO bricks to make a system to keep his keys from getting lost.

I couldn’t bring myself to drill through a lego piece but after raiding my sons lego box I found the perfect piece to attach the key to (lego part number 3176). You can have fun customising these in any way you want. We stuck a stormtrooper minifig on the top of ours…he is the new guardian of the key…which means I don’t have to accept responsibly for missing keys any more.

It’s hardly unique – nor new so I wouldn’t say he “created” it. http://geeks.thedailywh.at/2011/07/19/lego-key-organizer-of-the-day/

He James, thank for the link, although it is the reddit source we found the idea from. You can see we have also attached the image in the post (is the last one) and the name of the creator “Fuckyeahashmo”. We just decided to use both the first one and the inspired one with stormtroppers because we love them.

      Anyway thanks for the information!
