star wars lego clock

LOOKS GEEKY, FEELS DIY and cool, WORKS!

That’s no moon. It’s a clock built by Instructables member YOUgNeek. He used a stencil to mark out the Death Star pattern. Then he pressed white LEGO pieces into the clay to provide backing for the interchangeable minfigs. So although it’s currently a quarter till Boba Fett, he can swap the minifigs to reflect different time measurement systems.

“My son made this clock in clay class when he was 4 years old. Make sure it is 12″ in diameter or larger if making yours out of clay or wood but you could also use a pre-made wood clock face. ”
